I’ve been loving the Rest supplement! Getting a great night sleep (which is crucial after chasing a toddler #1 all day and waking early with toddler #2). Have been having great workouts and staying very much on track with my personal progression plans. LFG!

I have been looking for something to help with sleep for some time now. Issues like CPTSD have interrupted my rest for years and after implementing some good advice from The Fittest, I was able to try this product and DOMINATE. Though melatonin is a known sleep aid, I was most interested in the simple additions of magnesium and glycine. Magnesium, likely an even better sleep aid; also has been found to be effective in treating mild to moderate depression in adults, and depression is associated with lower levels of blood glycine, both issues that can be exasperated due to lack of rest. Additionally I’ve seen evidence that glycine protects against liver damage, heart, diabetes, and muscle loss. Great for those in the 40+ club. First thoughts were, the sleep was heavy. That’s a good thing. Able to get to sleep and back to sleep easily, but didn’t leave me groggy for the first bit of the day like melatonin alone does. Within half an hour of taking REST I felt more relaxed instead of the normal bit of anxious nerves before bed. I felt pretty eager to attack the day upon waking instead of the normal groggy feeling melatonin alone gives me. Good development. Was able to get up and ready early, knock out some work and enjoy the morning. This was the real development, there was a lingering effect that followed me into the day that gave me a marked mood boost. That might seem like a small thing to some, with troubled sleep, starting the day in a good way is worth its weight in gold. Will continue to experiment with this product, but so far I’d say, anything that helps you toward achieving optimal REST; that doesn’t require prescriptions to chemically laden pharma garbage, is a plus in my book.

I’m about a week into it and there is noticeable improvement in my sleep in that i stay asleep without interruptions, which makes me wake up feeling stronger after lifting previous day. Muscle soreness also feels like it goes away faster now but there could be other variables with that. Makes you realize how important good sleep is along with good diet

I started with sunlight optimization 1st per “Fittest” Greg’s recommendation and grounding. Then established sleep routine. Now implementing this to improve quality of sleep and it works like a champ!!!!

For years I had terrible sleep. I would toss and turn and never fully fall asleep. After prioritizing other sleep habits including adding REST, my night time routine couldn’t be better. It is a complete game changer. Hands down I get the best night of sleep I can ask for because REST delivers. It gets me feeling ready for bed and I know I will stay asleep. If you’re having trouble sleeping REST is for you.
