Honor,, my knees are better. Ignite,, working out is again part of the normal routine. Body weight, kettle bells,, steps. Whole Beast/Feast is daily, even fasting days. Last week , 2_23hr fast, water coffee , beast. For me the 5pm to 5pm was easiest cause I still ate everyday. Reading about 36hrs for a real fat burning. Diet a 100% ok 99% better. Daily sticking to dr. Paul's $10.00 a day carnivore, 1st 2 was I gained,, now how I feel, and mentally making the effort it better. oh yeah, also 2 2oz serving raw liver, I had to sprinkle a little garlic on it . I did feel a boost and energy and felt like I leaned out . My training was a little down . The product allowed and made me eat more carbohydrates. Which is not a bad thing because I feel like I’m able to use them better . Not just sitting around my midsection.
