Question
Just ordered it and about to try it out. How often am I supposed to have these? Once a day? Also is this a meal supplement or a meal replacement? Please let me know, sincerely, Kenny “The Bull” Berg.
The Fittest Ever
What's up, Kenny? Try to fit The Whole Feast in as a supplement to do 2 things: 1. To reach your protein goal of at least 1 gram per pound of goal body weight. 2. To get the fat soluble nutrients that come from putting back in what the modern world left out... organs. It's a supplement, not a meal replacement as it's only 100 calories.
The new Milk Chocolate - way too frothy!
I recently ordered both the Milk Chocolate and the Butter Vanilla.....I have had the chocolate before and liked it due to the fact it didn't give me gas and bloating! That being said.....they must have changed the formula because both flavors are so frothy after shaking in the shaker cup! Nothing worse than trying to drink foam! Having it with water cuts down slightly on the foam, but it is still frothy and hard to drink. What changed??? I won't be ordering this again because it is a pain to drink with 4 inches of foam that doesn't go down, even after sitting for 10 minutes.
The Fittest Ever
We appreciate the feedback. Quality is of our utmost concern. We never cut corners... ever. The important thing to note about The Whole Feast is... it's food. No 2 batches of The Whole Feast are exactly the same. Just as no 2 steaks are the same, when we mix 9 organs/glandulars with beef isolate, there will be some tissue variability. Add the 14g of collagen to that and the mixability varies. That said… We have recently changed a single variable. Due to our constant commitment to betterment and sharpening the sword, we've removed the sunflower lecithin. Even though it was only 0.004% of the mixture and we were only using it as an emulsifier to make a more homogenous mix, we did get feedback from a lot of customers that this was an issue for them and no amount was acceptable. To eliminate it, we did have to make the beef isolate powder more fine. The ratios of everything are the same, but we did make that one change in the most recent batch. As far as quality, this arguably makes it better.
Tastes like milk chocolate. Blends best in electric blender.
